Welding Turntables

Our welding turntable can be adjusted for welders’ maximum comfort and to accommodate various metal hose assembly projects. 

Built for TIG welding, turntables feature a 360° swivel plate that can accommodate hose sizes ¼” – 12”. When working with flanges, capacity is limited as follows:

• 6” maximum with 300# flanges
• 8” maximum with 150# flanges

The addition of soft jaws set into the plate clamps protect the braid from damage as well as provide further support for the hose.

Twin post uprights enable elevation adjustments 24” – 60” above the ground while a solid base plate ensures stability even when welding heavy end fittings. The tables can rotate a 12” 100-foot hose without issue so long as there is no space limitation.

A 110-volt, chain driven motor allows for variable speed, as well as rotation in both directions, to give welders the opportunity to personalize their set-ups. Low speeds support welding large diameter hoses while higher speeds are better for smaller diameter projects. Regardless of control panel setting, speed can be fine-tuned through use of the foot pedal.
