740 Monel

740 series hose and braid is made with Monel 400, a nickel-copper alloy that demonstrates excellent corrosion resistance along with high strength and toughness over a wide temperature range.

Our 740 Monel hose is used across many fields, but especially within marine and chemical processing applications. Monel, along with Hastelloy C-276, are the two metallic options for chlorine transfer hoses per The Chlorine Institute’s Pamphlet 6.
