Corrugated Hose
From our lightweight, flexible P3 corrugated hose series to the triple- and quadruple-braided heavy-duty 1400 corrugated hose series, Penflex can accommodate applications from the least to most demanding. Using different alloys, wall thicknesses, hose diameters, pitches and corrugation counts allows us to meet various temperature, pressure, movement, and corrosion resistance requirements.
P3 Lightweight
With unique material requirements and design, the P3 series is our lightweight and easiest-to-bend hose.
P4 General Purpose
The P4 series is a general purpose hose that strikes a balance between flexibility and robustness, P4 is one of our most popular
product lines.
700 General Purpose
The original general purpose hose, 700 Series matches the geometry of P4 and can be used as a substitute.
800 High Pressure Hose
A more robust hose than the P4 and 700 Series, the 800 Series is designed for applications with more corrosive media or particularly robust handling requirements.
900 Higher Pressure Hose
For a step above the 800 Series when it comes to corrosive media, pressure ratings and handling requirements, users opt for the 800 Series.
1400 Heavyweight
Penflex’s option for extreme pressure applications, the 1400 Series includes 3 or 4 layers of heavy braid to support pressure requirements as well as provide maximum protection to the inner core.
P5 Large Diameter
Offered in sizes 14” – 24”, P5 answers user needs for large diameter hoses.
625 Inconel
Known for its ability to operate at extremely high temperatures–beyond the capabilities of stainless steel–Inconel also offers excellent corrosion resistance.
740 Monel
Popular in seawater and other chlorine-rich applications, Monel is one of the special alloy hoses we offer.
776 Hastelloy
Hastelloy resists the most corrosive of substances and is often chosen for its safety profile, as in the case with Chlorine Transfer Hoses.
794 Bronze
Needed for copper piping systems, bronze hose is often used in HVAC applications.
400 Helical
Our only helical hose product, a requirement for some applications and older specifications.
